Good coffee- about the same price as Starbucks. The signiture salad is wonderful and easy to eat on the run with the domed container it comes in. On the expensive side, but a nice edition to downtown Evanston. Recommended.

My experience at Cosi was disappointing from the moment I entered the door, as I had to wait until the cashier was done flirting with a co-worker before I could order. I ordered a sandwich that came out on cold, hard, stale bread with a handful of cold, slimy, obviously processed chicken. The whole mess was covered with a drenching of nasty cold dressing, a mountain of julienne carrots, and some sad pieces of too-old romaine. It was brought out to me by a server who was talking to someone else while she was bringing my food and ended up bumping my table several times. I heard plenty of other people there complaining as well, so I don't understand the crowds in this rude and disgusting chain.
