taste is great, portions are huge, prices are okay, delivery is okay, drinks are awesome, dinning-in is crowded, they sometimes forget to give you a cookie when it's delivered.

lunch special is the best deal in evanston...kung pao chicken is amazing, so are their smoothies...delivery is the fastest on the planet

Food isn't very good. The whole joint is loud, but the service is excellent. Stick to the wonderful drinks.

Huge Drink Selection, gotta love the tapioca! The food is well priced and comes in huge portions! The pineapple fried rice is always good. The downside is that the place is always crowded so I'd say, order in unless you wanna come out smelling like chinese food. Also, the food is on the greasy side...

The delivery service at Joy Yee's is awesome... Whenever I want good Pan-Asian food, I call them. I always get my food 30 minutes after I order it, and except for one wierd batch of Korean BBQ short ribs (out of the fifty I must have ordered over my four years at NU), I've always received awesome food from them.

I don't really know what the big hype is about. The food's alright, but not as spectacular as some people make it out to be. The drinks are indeed the best part. The portions are also very big, which is a good thing.

so... i'd always loved joy yees... but now i'm afraid of cockroaches. damn it, northwestern, i want my food! i've never had a delivery come later than 45 minutes, i always make sure they read my order back to me, but yes, watch out for delivery men !
