tastes horrible, bad service, rude people... just a very bad business overall. it might just be me though, cause i paid for a pizza, never got it, and when i tried to use the store credit they gave me instad, they said they didn't have me in their system. i went to argue and they threatened to call the cops on me! for christsakes...

Just don't order papa john's...... Anywhere else would be a better pizza... Deffinately the worst pizza in evanston.

So, yea. My friends and I order from P.John's regularly for a year and a half now. We've only had one problem, but were rewarded a free pizza as compensation. So I decided to give 5 stars because everything's been going great :)

Okay everyone knows Papa John's pizza. It's not Giodorno's but it's a good snack/dinner. I guess maybe everyone's pissed off if they ordered during a busy time, but I ordered on a regular friday night, and they were super fast! Got here in 30 minutes, and the delivery guy was super cute and friendly too. Whatever, I think it's good. And the ingredients are fresh too.

VERY BAD!!
Pizza arrived in two hours, and was only slightly warm. When I asked the deliver man why, he got all nervous and mumbled that he thought it was for "pick-up" when it said "DELIVERY" right on the top of the box. Stupid man.

So i called for a pizza and they said 45 minutes... 2 hours later no pizza, and i had to go to class. WTF?? And so i called Papa Johns, and they just said, we don't know what happened sorry....
