Burrito
Giant flour tortilla, cilantro-lime rice, choice of pinto or vegetarian black beans, choice of meat, choice of salsa, cheese or sour cream. The vegetarian burrito comes with guacamole.

Carnitas    Naturally raised Niman Ranch free-range pork seasoned with thyme, bay leaves, juniper berries and freshly cracked black pepper seared, then braised for hours.	$5.50
Barbacoa    Spicy shredded beef, braised with out own chipotle adobo, cumin, cloves, garlic, and oregano.	$5.25
Chicken    Marinated for hours in our chipotle pepper adobo, then simply grilled.	$4.85
Steak    Marinated for hours in our chipotle adobo, then grilled.	$4.95
Vegetarian    Includes our fresh-made guacamole and vegetarian black beans. And sauteed peppers and onions for a vegetarian fajita.	$4.75

Fajita Burrito
Just like a burrito but with sauteed peppers and onions instead of beans. The vegatarian fajita has both sauteed veggies and beans instead of meat, and comes with guacamole.

Burrito Bol
Burrito or fajita in a bowl, no tortilla. Swap romaine lettuce for rice and voilá...salad!

      It may not be authentic or low in calories, but the food is tasty, affordable, and prepared fast. The only downside with the restaurant is that it is really cramped inside.

      I don't see what everyone's raving about. At over a 1000 calories a pop for a bland , overstuffed burrito, I don't see why anyone should bother. They are fast though.

      Pita Pete's is like Chipotle but it doesn't suck. Chipotle is like 1700 calories a burrito too!

      One word: overrated. There's a reason they give these things away for free at NU basketball games. But what would you expect from a restaurant owned by McDonald's?

      THIS IS NOT REAL MEXICAN FOOD. Mexicans who would actually say this is real Mexican food are crazy. Mexican food is not grabbing tortillas and sticking stuff in it.... Go to Chicago for real Mexican food, not here. They are fast though.

      Without Chipotle I would have no reason to live. 7 dollar brick of heaven. Authenticity- perhaps, satisfaction- for sure.
